The cottage features a spacious living room with a fireplace — perfect for cool evenings or rainy days — as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a separate bathroom. Two additional bedrooms in the attic ensure the whole family sleeps comfortably. The outdoor area includes an unfenced garden with garden seating, a barbecue grill, a sun umbrella, a sandpit, and a refreshing swimming pool (3.6 m diameter) — summer fun for everyone. Nearby forests invite you to explore nature and pick wild berries. Parking is available directly on the property. Please note that increasing the number of guests beyond the stated capacity is not possible due to the water supply limitations.

The area around Pelhřimov offers a rich programme of day trips. Explore the historic town centre with its lookout towers, château, and the famous Museum of Records and Curiosities. Nature lovers will enjoy the Křemešník Nature Trail, while families with children will be delighted by the Fairy-Tale Kingdom Fábula in Kamenice nad Lipou. The Červená Řečice château and the Želiv monastery with its monastery brewery are also well worth a visit.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?

• By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
• After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
• The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
• After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
• The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
